Writing this review after I got a facial from Alexandra! I was nervous at first because it was my first facial, but she reassured me as soon as I walked in! The girl at the front desk was super nice as well! Alexandra seems to really care about her clients and creates a personalized and detailed skin plan after! I definitely recommend Alexandra for your first visit!

Ebony was amazing! She took her time explaining every step of my treatment and was completely transparent about the process and expected results. I came in for wedding skin prep, and she gave me personalized product recommendations and a clear routine to follow. Alexandra has been doing my facials for over a year now and we have made a lot of progress on my skin. She helped me find a more simplified routine that I can stick to and after struggling with hormonal acne my skin was really able to heal. I always recommend the dermaplaning to everyone that asks me about my skin it really makes me feel so smooth. I also never leave with irritated skin she’s so gentle and my skin looks so refreshed after. All around has just been a great experience for me and has become a regular part of my beauty regimen.

My waxing and experience with Alexandra are always perfect. She always makes sure we are on the same page with how my brows are sculpted (it’s very important that I keep my natural arch). She is precise yet insanely quick with my brow waxing. She will have you in and out with time to grab food before your lunch break is over. She is bubbly, fun to talk to, but still makes every service relaxing. Her room is so cute (love the Bmore aesthetic), it smells and looks clean every time, and she plays soothing tunes . My facial experience is no different, I don’t think there’s been a time where I didn’t fall asleep lol. I walked out of Charm City Skin feeling like I had the skin of a baby that stayed hydrated and smooth even after days of working and sweating. I once received a compliment before I even made it back to my car and I CONSTANTLY get compliments on my brows from people who practically demand I tell them who waxes them. Go to Alexandra for all your skincare and body hair needs, you will not regret it. I can’t wait to experience some of the other services they offer and I absolutely will book with Alexandra.
